AFLITE RETURN POLICY
Looking to return or exchange your order? We're here to help! We offer free returns for customers in South Africa within 7 days of purchase. Returns outside of South Africa are possible within 7 days of purchase, however will be at the customer’s expense. You can return your product for store credit, or a different product of the same value.
- Returned items must have original tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, or wash. Any stains, perfume/deodorant, or marks of any kind will void the item from being returnable.
- We unfortunately do not offer returns on sale/discounted or promotional items.
- Defective items will be exchanged following inspection at African.Elite’s expense.
- It can take up to 28 days for your order to be returned to our warehouse.
- Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order.
AFLITE EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the high demand of our products, we cannot guarantee the item you would like in exchange will be in stock. For exchanges, if your item is out of stock, you can choose store credit to use for a different item.
- It can take up to 28 days for your order to be returned to our warehouse.
- Exchanges can only be made once the returned item is returned to our warehouse.
- Upon receiving the returned item, it will be inspected by our customer service team to determine whether it is eligible for exchange.
- The delivery of new items will be at the customer’s expense.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return, referencing your order number.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
